2024 EAST AFRICAN WOMEN'S 5KM RUN Join us for our thrid annual 5km run to celebrate International Women's Day on Sunday, March 5th! We welcome all women and girls to join us for a special running event in beautiful City of Hawassa, New Sidama Regional State, Ethiopia. As we run, walk, and move in celebration of International Women's Day in 2023. Hawassa offers gorgeous resorts, lakes, cultural centers, and natural scenery. We encourage you to enjoy our city after you finish your race! Hawassa is just three hours and thirty minutes (275 kilometers) from Addis Ababa.
